Pleasantly Surprised
We ordered this custom pillow case at 3:30 in the afternoon and it was at our doorstep less than 24 hours later. I was not sure what we were going to get with that short of a turnaround time, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The picture was recreated beautifully on the case. I will advise to steer clear of the pillow insert for an added cost. You are way better off going to a craft store and picking up your own. Also, we did pay for expedited shipping which is why it came so quickly, however it was delivered even quicker than promised. I definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for an inexpensive, customized gift.

Photo Not Printed as Placed in Customization
UPDATE: This seller responded immediately, very courteously, to my negative review, working very diligently to work this out to my satisfaction. I have had, maybe two, other negative reviews with different sellers and they never responded at all. That is what I expected here again. NOT SO with this seller, they responded immediately and gave me options to make me happy with purchasing from them. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller.Why do you not print the picture as the customer places it on the pillow? The photo was magnified to the point the children’s heads bend around the outside edges of the pillow when the insert is put in. The right side, showing part of the train seat they were sitting in is completely cut off, I wanted it on, and even part of the top was cut off. I am disappointed. The finished product should be as the customer requests, not as someone else thinks it should be.
