Cancellation & Refund Policy – Candylogistics

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation:
• Before Fulfillment: If the order has not been processed or dispatched, it can be canceled upon request.
• Instant Orders: Cannot be canceled once the item is being prepared or en route.
• Same-Day Orders: Cancellation must be requested immediately after placing the order.

Refunds:
• If Candylogistics is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Mutual Agreement Clause:
In any special case where a dispute or issue arises, both parties will communicate to reach a cordial resolution. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed promptly.
