The necklace is beautiful! It finally arrived! I ordered it on the 4th and received it on the 28th. Also, the return address was the shipping department in Columbus, Ohio. This necklace has made the rounds of the country. The only advice I have for Jewelry Merci is to use USPS or UPS instead of ZDA Express for a more direct shipping. Also, communication with customers should be paramount but was not. I messaged her 3 times and never heard one word back. Once she shipped it was not her problem.
